Creams for problematic skin and body
A cream for problematic skin should be gentle and targeted. Herbal creams and balms with zinc, chaga, greater celandine and mumio are applied only where the skin needs calming – on the face, back, shoulders or décolleté.

How to choose a cream for problematic skin
The zinc cream Hojko has a richer consistency and is applied in a thin layer only to individual spots, because it dries the skin slightly. For skin prone to oiliness there is the light cream-balm with greater celandine and aloe vera, which soothes irritation and tightens pores.
The Chaga cream-balm with sea buckthorn and tea tree oil cares for irritated skin, calluses and places with little marks left by spots. The Mumio Shilajit cream gel with vitamins A and E and allantoin nourishes the skin and gives it suppleness. For everyday face care, take a look at the acne cosmetics category.

How to use a cream for problematic skin
First gently cleanse your skin and pat it dry with a towel used only for your face. Apply the cream in a thin layer with clean fingers once or twice a day. The zinc cream and the cream with greater celandine belong only on the places where spots appear, not on your whole face. Do not squeeze spots, and give your new care a few weeks.
A zinc cream – what it is good for
Zinc is a mineral that occurs naturally in the skin. A zinc cream dries and calms the skin slightly, which is why it suits individual spots on the face, shoulders or back and irritated areas. Keep it to hand in your home cosmetics bag. On dry and sensitive skin, apply it only to individual spots.
Spots on the back and shoulders
The skin on the back and chest has many sebaceous glands and easily perspires under clothing. Shower after sport, wear a breathable cotton T-shirt and do not scrub your back with a rough washcloth. Apply the zinc cream to individual spots, and treat larger areas with the light cream-balm with greater celandine.
Problematic skin in winter
Heating, scarves and hats do not do the skin of the face and neck any favours. Do not dry it out with harsh cleansing – give it lukewarm water and treat the places where spots appear in a targeted way. Wash scarves and pillowcases more often and apply a light moisturising cream to dry areas.
