Tinctures for the urinary tract
Tinctures for the urinary tract and kidneys
Tinctures for the urinary tract are herbal drops made from plants that are traditionally used to support the natural function of the urinary tract and the general health of the kidneys. We make them in our own production in the EU from the herb, leaves and roots of plants, with simple dosing.

How to choose herbs for the urinary tract
Blends are the easiest choice: Kidneys with field horsetail, common goldenrod and silver birch leaf, and Urinary tract, which adds small-flowered willowherb and common heather. If you prefer a single herb, choose common goldenrod, field horsetail, small-flowered willowherb or stinging nettle.

How to take tinctures for the kidneys and urinary tract
The recommended dose is 20 drops three times a day on an empty stomach, taken with 200 ml of water or tea. Shake the bottle before use and do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Plenty of fluids throughout the day belong with the drops as well – herbs for the kidneys and urinary tract like water.
Goldenrod and willowherb tincture
Common goldenrod (Solidago virgaurea) and small-flowered willowherb (Epilobium parviflorum) are both prepared from the herb. Field horsetail (Equisetum arvense) and silver birch leaf are among the traditional herbs of our meadows and hedgerows. Common goldenrod is part of both the Kidneys and Urinary tract blends; you will find small-flowered willowherb in the Urinary tract blend and in the blend for men. We offer further herbs for men among the prostate tinctures.
Drinking enough in the colder months
In winter we sweat less and so we often forget to drink. Keep a pot of warm herbal tea or lukewarm water on the table and sip it slowly. Think of warm clothing and warm feet too. Warmth and regular drinking are simple habits for general wellbeing.
Tinctures contain alcohol and are not intended for children. A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied diet. If you are taking medication, or are pregnant or breastfeeding, talk to your doctor or pharmacist before use.
