Siberian larch in syrup

How to choose a honey balm with larch

The Siberian larch honey balm contains horse chestnut and St. John's wort, complemented by grape seed oil and mumio. Horse chestnut is traditionally used to support the vein system and a feeling of light legs. The bottle holds 100 ml.

Other Siberian ingredients go nicely with larch. Try Altai mumio, chaga mushroom or a spoonful of cedar oil from Siberian cedar nuts.

What is Siberian larch

Siberian larch (Larix sibirica) is a stately conifer of the Siberian taiga that sheds its needles for the winter. It withstands hard frosts and short summers, and its wood is known for its durability. Dihydroquercetin, a plant substance from the flavonoid group, is obtained from larch bark, and the producer adds it to honey balms.

Honey and herbs, a traditional pairing

Combining honey and herbs is one of the oldest ways of preserving herbs. Honey softens the bitterness of herbs, and the balm is easy to dose. To the larch balm, the producer adds horse chestnut, St. John's wort, grape seed oil and Altai mumio.

How to take a honey balm

Take the balm according to the dosage given on the packaging and do not exceed the recommended daily dose. You can take it on its own from a spoon or stir it into lukewarm water or tea. Do not add it to a hot drink; lukewarm is enough. Close the bottle well after opening.

Who the honey balm is not for

The balm contains honey, so do not give it to children under one year old or to people with an allergy to bee products. A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied diet. If you are taking medication, are pregnant or are breastfeeding, talk to a doctor or pharmacist before use. In winter, the balm goes nicely with a cup of winter Ivan tea.
