How to choose a tincture for vitality
Puncturevine (Tribulus terrestris) is a herb from the aerial part of the plant, which both men and women traditionally enjoy for vitality and energy. Women often reach for Chinese angelica, a root that has its place in tradition mainly among women. For days when you need more strength, eleuthero, known as Siberian ginseng, goes well with them. You will find further herbs for women among the drops for women.

How to take tinctures for vitality
A herbal tincture is an extract of a plant in water and alcohol (35% vol.), so only a few drops are needed. For both puncturevine and Chinese angelica the recommended dose is 20 drops three times a day on an empty stomach, washed down with a glass of water or tea (200 ml). Shake the bottle before use and do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Puncturevine or Chinese angelica
The puncturevine tincture is prepared from the aerial part of the plant, Chinese angelica (Angelica sinensis) from the root. Puncturevine is chosen by those looking for a herb for general vitality and energy during the day. Chinese angelica has its place mainly in the herbal tradition of women and is happily complemented by other women's herbs, such as lady's mantle.
A tincture as a morning ritual
Herbs like regularity. Place the drops in a calm morning, perhaps beside a cup of warm tea, and take them every day. In the autumn weeks, when the light fades, add a walk outdoors, enough sleep and food that warms you. Vitality grows from small everyday habits.
Who the tinctures are not for
The tinctures contain alcohol and are not intended for children. A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. If you take medication, are pregnant or are breastfeeding, consult a doctor or pharmacist before use.
