Foot creams for a light step
A foot cream is a small evening ritual for the soles and calves that carried you all day. Herbal creams and balms with horse chestnut, menthol and fir oil refresh the legs, soften hardened skin on the heels and give them a feeling of lightness.

How to choose a cream for tired feet
For tired and heavy legs there is the Venotonik cream balm with horse chestnut, goldenrod and menthol, which pleasantly cools the legs. You will also find horse chestnut in the Ecolek cream with ginkgo and birch leaves, in the light Troxiven cream gel with mint oil and in the large pack of Vitateka cooling gel balm.
Heels and soles will appreciate the Good Walk creamy balm for hardened skin with shea butter, lanolin and mint, after which the skin feels smooth and soft. A warming foot massage is offered by the Ecolekpro cosmetic cream with lanolin and fir oil.

How to use a foot cream
Apply foot cream in the evening to clean, dry skin. Massage it in with light strokes from the ankles over the calves up to the knees, until absorbed. Work it into the soles and heels with circular movements and give them more time. Then rest your feet on a cushion for a while.
Foot cream after long standing and travelling
After a day on your feet, a long car journey or a flight, the calves will appreciate a cooling cream with menthol and horse chestnut. A small pack of Tiger balm with menthol and camphor is handy for travelling. If your feet are painful, red or suddenly swollen, talk to a doctor – the cream is skin care, not a substitute for an examination.
Cream for heels and soles in winter
In winter we wear closed shoes and warm socks, and the skin on the heels tends to be dry and hardened. In the evening, soak your feet in lukewarm water for ten minutes, pat them gently dry and apply a nourishing balm. Wrap them in cotton socks overnight. Care for hardened areas regularly; smooth skin returns gradually.
A massage for cold feet
If your feet feel cold in winter, treat them to a warming foot massage. The Ecolekpro cosmetic cream with capsicum extract, camphor and turpentine oil warms the soles. Apply a warming cream only to intact skin, wash your hands after the massage and put on warm socks.
