How to choose an oil in capsules
Flaxseed oil in capsules contains unrefined, cold-pressed flaxseed oil, a natural source of omega-3 fatty acids. The pack contains 150 capsules. Enriched badger fat is a traditional ingredient of folk care, complemented by wheat germ oil. It is a natural source of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids and of vitamins E and A.
If you prefer an oil by the spoonful, choose from the Altai oils: flaxseed oil in a bottle, sea buckthorn oil or milk thistle oil.

How to take oils in capsules
Take the capsules with a meal and wash them down with enough water. Follow the dosage given with the product and do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Flaxseed oil in capsules is taken three times a day, two capsules each time. Badger fat is taken as a course lasting one to two months, and the course can be repeated two to three times a year.
