What you ask most often
How do I use the balm to remove make-up?
Scoop a little with the spatula, massage it into dry skin and leave it on for a while. Then, with a damp hand, turn it into a cleansing milk and wipe it off with a damp towel or cloth. Just a little is enough to cleanse your skin thoroughly.
How do I use it as a mask?
Apply it to your skin and leave it on for 5–15 minutes, say 10. Then, with a damp hand, create a cleansing emulsion and wipe it off.
After removing make-up, residue stays on my towel. Is that normal?
Yes. The balm picks up make-up and impurities, and they stay on the cloth or towel. Just wash it well afterwards.
What if water gets into the balm?
Do not touch the balm with wet hands; that is why the spatula is included. If water does get in, remove that part with a clean, dry paper tissue and leave the balm open for at least 3 days.
Is it suitable for dry skin?
It is mainly intended for acne-prone and combination skin. On dry skin it is a little harder to apply as a mask, but it does not dry it out.
What does it smell like?
Naturally herbal, of blue tansy and tea tree. Some find the scent unusual, others fall in love with it.
How do I do a patch test?
Apply a small amount to your forearm or behind your ear and wait 24 to 48 hours. If no redness, itching, swelling or other reaction appears, you can safely use the balm.
